Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Accelerate Community website, program, and services (“Services”), an Editoz Club program. By applying to, purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

Accelerate Community is a 90-day guided community designed to help founders and experts go from invisible to generating clients from content. Our Services include:

• A custom content and funnel strategy delivered on a 1:1 call
• Three live coaching sessions per week (content ideation, editing, funnel building)
• A WhatsApp community for daily support, accountability, and shared resources
• A personal Notion Content Production Engine and publishing workflow
• Offer and funnel coaching
• A performance guarantee, as described in Section 3

Accelerate Community provides strategy, systems, coaching, and live instruction. We do not write scripts or edit content on your behalf as part of the standard program — you are taught to do this live each week. Editing services may be purchased separately and are not covered by these Terms unless agreed in a separate arrangement.

2. Nature of the Program (Guided Coaching)

Accelerate Community is a coaching and accountability program, not a done-for-you service. We provide: a custom strategy, systems and frameworks, live coaching, and weekly feedback. However: implementation and execution are the responsibility of the member. Success depends on factors including your execution, market conditions, content consistency, and audience response. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, follower growth, or engagement metrics beyond the specific performance guarantee described in Section 3. Failure to execute strategies does not entitle the client to a refund outside of the guarantee terms below.

3. The Guarantee

Accelerate Community offers the following guarantee: if a member completes the full 90-day program, meets the eligibility requirements below, and does not make back their $3,000 investment (or, where the member does not yet have a monetised offer, does not hit their agreed leads target), that member may remain in the community at no additional cost until the target is met.

This is not a cash refund. It is a continued-access commitment.

3.1 Minimum Posting Requirement

The Client must publish a minimum of two (2) pieces of content per week throughout the ninety (90) day program period. Failure to maintain this posting cadence may result in the Client becoming ineligible for the guarantee.

3.2 Session Attendance Requirement

The Client must attend or review a minimum of two (2) of the three (3) weekly live sessions each week. Repeated non-attendance without notice may result in the Client becoming ineligible for the guarantee.

3.3 Content Makeup Requirement

If the Client is unable to film or provide content for a scheduled week, they must notify their assigned point of contact before that week begins. The Client must then provide sufficient content for a minimum of three (3) posts the following week. Notifications made after the week has commenced or passed will not qualify.

3.4 Emergency Circumstances

In genuine emergency situations, the Client may request a program pause in accordance with Section 6.2.

4. Program Fee & Payment Terms

Accelerate Community is offered as a one-time program fee of $3,000 for the full 90-day program, payable in advance. This is not a recurring subscription. Access to live sessions, the WhatsApp community, and your Notion workspace runs for the duration of the 90-day program, plus any extended access granted under the guarantee in Section 3.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

• Cancellation does not refund the program fee already paid.
• Your access will remain active until the end of the paid 90-day period.
• Withdrawing from the program forfeits eligibility for the guarantee described in Section 3.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital coaching and strategic advisory services, all payments are non-refundable once the program has been accessed, except as provided by the guarantee in Section 3. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Accelerate Community.

6.1 Execution Responsibility & No Refund for Non-Execution

Outcomes are directly dependent on the client's implementation and execution of the strategies, recommendations, and guidance provided. Failure or delay in execution by the client does not constitute a failure of service and does not qualify for any refund, partial refund, or chargeback, and may result in ineligibility for the guarantee under Section 3.

6.2 Pause Policy

Accelerate Community may, at its discretion, allow members to temporarily pause their program under specific conditions.

• A pause request must be submitted with a valid reason (e.g. personal, health, or business constraints).
• If a member becomes unresponsive, we may reach out to confirm if they wish to pause or continue. If no response is received, we reserve the right to proceed with offboarding.
• Each member is allowed one (1) pause only during their program.
• The maximum pause duration is 30 days.
• Access to program materials, coaching, and community may be restricted during the pause period.
• The program will resume automatically after the pause period ends, unless otherwise agreed.
• A pause does not extend the original 90-day guarantee window unless explicitly approved.
• Pauses do not qualify for refunds or credits.
• Requests beyond the allowed limit (more than one pause or over 30 days) will not be approved.

7. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results and remain eligible for the guarantee, members agree to:

• Execute strategies discussed during coaching sessions
• Attend or review the required live sessions each week
• Post content at the required cadence
• Engage with feedback provided
• Maintain respectful behavior within the WhatsApp community

Accelerate Community is not responsible for outcomes when strategies are not implemented or the requirements above are not met.

8. Third-Party Services

We may introduce members to third-party service providers such as video editors or designers, including for editing services purchased separately from the core program. These individuals operate as independent third parties. Accelerate Community does not employ them, does not control their work, and is not responsible for agreements made between members and third-party providers. All hiring decisions and payments to third-party providers are handled directly by the member.

9. Intellectual Property

All program materials are the intellectual property of Accelerate Community / Editoz Club, including frameworks, systems, templates, videos, documents, and community content. Members are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials for their personal brand or business.

You may not resell program materials, repackage frameworks as your own product, or distribute content publicly without permission.

10. Community Guidelines

Members agree to maintain a respectful environment. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, discrimination, spam or unsolicited promotions, and sharing confidential program materials externally. Accelerate Community reserves the right to remove members who violate these guidelines without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accelerate Community shall not be liable for business losses, revenue loss, audience growth outcomes, platform algorithm changes, or third-party service provider actions, beyond the specific guarantee described in Section 3. You acknowledge that participation in the program involves entrepreneurial risk.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business strategies, proprietary frameworks, and private community discussions. Members may not publicly disclose internal program materials without written permission.

13. Program Modifications

Accelerate Community reserves the right to modify program structure, update frameworks, change coaching schedules, and improve course materials. These changes are made to improve the program experience and do not affect guarantee eligibility already earned.

14. Termination

Accelerate Community reserves the right to terminate access if a member violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or misuses program materials. No refunds will be issued in such cases, and the member forfeits eligibility for the guarantee.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in South Australia.
